Signing in
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? and enter the email you sign in with. We send you a link to set a new password. The link works for 30 minutes.
I didn't get the reset email
Check your spam or promotions folder and give it a minute. You can resend the link after 45 seconds. If it still doesn't arrive, ask your school's Capabble admin to check the email on your account.
What does 'Keep me signed in' do?
You stay signed in on that device until you sign out. Don't tick it on a shared or staff-room computer.
Do I need a separate sign-in for each module?
No. One Capabble account opens every module your school has turned on, such as Exams, Exam centre and Finance.
Your school's account
Who should create our school's account?
Usually the principal or an office administrator. A school needs only one workspace account.
Where do I find our institution code?
It's the 5-digit code your board gave your school. You'll find it on your affiliation letter and in your board's records.
Where do I find our affiliation no.?
It's the 6-digit number on your school's board affiliation certificate.
It says our institution code already has an account
Someone at your school has already set it up. Ask your principal or office who created it. If it was you, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
Modules and access
Why can't I see a module?
Your school chooses which modules are turned on. If you need one that's missing, ask your school's Capabble admin.
Which modules does Capabble have?
Students, Staff, Attendance, Academics, Timetable, Activities, Clinic, Assets, Finance, Transport, Exams and Exam centre.
Password and security
How do I make a strong password?
Use at least 12 characters with letters, numbers and a symbol, and don't reuse a password from another website.
I think someone else used my account
Reset your password straight away, then tell your school's Capabble admin and Capabble support.
How is our school's data looked after?
Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how long we keep it. You can open it from the footer of any page.
